Brovary Utility Equipment Plant ("Ardenz" trademark) has launched the ERP/CRM system HansaWorld Enterprise into commercial operation within 7 weeks. The Swedish ERP system assists the company with finance, warehouse, supply, sales management and CRM tasks. Apart from that, Brovary Utility Equipment Plant ("BUEP") is one of the few domestic industrial companies to automate manufacturing and shop floor management. "The project was distinguished by the short terms of the system launch - 7 weeks. This was possible through the use of the standard functionality and efficient work of the project team, both from the side of the contractor, Septima-Consulting, and from the customer's side", says Vadim Utkin, the regional manager of HansaWorld Company. According to the Chief Commercial Officer of BUEP Roman Kazanko, "In selecting the system, the important factors for us were availability of the functionality sufficient for managing an industrial enterprise, simplicity of use and implementation, capability to support various platforms concurrently. The server part of ERP-system is currently run on Linux, and the clients are run on Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X".
